Terms of Use for This Site

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you may use whitetip.lat and the referral service Whitetip Floor Coating offers through it. By browsing the site, calling its phone number or sending a form, you accept them. This is a general template and not legal advice.

What We Offer

Whitetip Floor Coating is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent epoxy, polyaspartic and concrete floor coating providers. We do not sell coatings, prepare or coat floors, or repair concrete. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Stand on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent companies. Each one is solely responsible for its quotes, prices, scheduling, products, workmanship, warranties, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control providers. We make no promise about their availability, timing, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest checking credentials, asking for proof of insurance and getting a written estimate.

General Information Only

What you read on this site is general information. It is not professional, legal, financial or engineering advice. Any cost figures are typical U.S. ranges that change from job to job, and none of them is a quote. Please confirm details with a qualified provider.

Your Use of the Site

Please share accurate information and use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt the site or try to reach areas you are not authorized to enter.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we refer you to, may contact you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be logged or recorded for quality and billing. To stop further contact, email contact@whitetip.lat.

Who Owns the Content

The site's content and design belong to Whitetip Floor Coating or to the parties that license them to us. You need our permission to copy or reuse them for commercial purposes.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Whitetip Floor Coating is not responsible for loss or damage tied to your use of the site, to a provider's products or services, or to any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties.

We may change these terms when needed. If you keep using the site after an update, you accept the new version.
