How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Whitetip Floor Coating wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly. If something goes wrong, we would like to know. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How a call or message with Whitetip Floor Coating went
- How your personal data was used or protected
- Anything on the site that looks wrong or confusing
- The behavior of a provider we referred you to
If a Provider Let You Down
Providers in our network are independent companies. Each one handles its own quotes, prices, products, warranties and customer care. If you are unhappy with a floor coating job, begin by raising the issue with the provider in writing, and keep copies of what you send.
Please tell us too. Your feedback helps keep the network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Still, Whitetip Floor Coating cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's charges or act on a provider's behalf.
What to Include
Write to contact@whitetip.lat and give us:
- Your name and contact details
- The date you reached us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's company name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for
What Happens Next
We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may include speaking with the provider. Then we will share what we found and what we plan to do.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask for a second review. You may also contact your state attorney general, your state consumer protection office, or the Better Business Bureau in your area. If the provider is a licensed contractor, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
